We are pleased to introduce Focus Readers, a new imprint distributed by North Star Editions. In developing this imprint, our goal was to combine the best elements of library books and classroom materials. As with all good library books, Focus Readers feature captivating topics, accessible text, and vibrant visuals. But Focus Readers are also well suited to differentiated instruction in the classroom. Thanks to the imprint’s two reading levels, Beacon and Navigator, educators can use Focus Readers with a wide range of reading levels. In addition, all Focus Readers feature engaging quiz questions that help teachers track students’ comprehension.
