As you navigate these chaotic times, we’re here to help. North Star Editions is offering its entire collection of series fiction and nonfiction ebooks for free through July. The bundle includes books on a variety of topics for grades PreK-8 from four different imprints, and includes the ebook versions of every Focus Readers title!

Each Focus Readers book in these bundles comes with a lesson plan you can download for free. For example, the bundle for Grades 6–8 includes the Civil War series. The lesson plan for Turning Points of the Civil War includes a list of questions that review the book’s main ideas—and an answer key to make grading easy.

The free lesson plan that comes with each book often highlights even more online resources. For example, the Reconstruction book from our Civil War series includes links to websites where students can read the text of the US Constitution and summaries of each amendment’s impact.
